At Tests500, we want users to be confident in their purchase. Therefore, we offer a limited refund window under the following condition:
- Users can try the platform for up to 3 hours from the time of purchase
- If the service is found not useful, users may request a refund within this period
2. Refund Time Limit
- Refund requests must be made within 3 hours of purchase
- After 3 hours, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances
3. Conditions for Refund
Refunds will be processed only if:
- The request is made within the 3-hour window
- The user provides valid purchase details
- There is no misuse or violation of platform policies
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after 3 hours of purchase
- Partial usage dissatisfaction beyond the allowed time
- Technical issues not reported within the refund window
